Christmas time is almost here, which can only mean one thing. The New Year is right around the corner. As we take inventory of all the people we are cutting off and leaving behind in 2018. It’s another thing that you must consider to reach new levels and achieve your goals in 2019.
You become what you do daily. And if you want to fear LESS so that you can do more in the New Year, here are a couple habits that you should start to practice.
It is easy to find things that aren’t going your way and fall down the black hole of complaining. Which usually opens up a can for a bad day.
“The traffic is bad”
“I can’t find a place to park”

Instead, when you wake up begin to write down three things that you are thankful for. If you don’t think you have anything to be thankful for take a moment to reflect on some things that you may be taking for granted.
